Tweet_Bus visited  Lanyon Holiday Park a very well managed site where years of experience have led to getting everything just right... 

There are great views from Lanyon, you can watch the sun set over the ocean and spread across the sky from St Ives Bay.

The swimming pool has recently been re-housed in a large (and warm) conservatory that gives the feeling of being outdoors.

The facilities are exceptionally good for the tariff, there is even a bath to warm you up on those not so sunny days.

Reduth is the nearest town, has a lot of independent and old worldly shops and was crowned one of the best places to shop in the UK. The coast and some of the best beaches in Europe are only 6-10 miles away.

Situated high on a south facing hill, Lanyon overlooks the World Heritage Cornish Mining area, the Great Flat Lode mining buildings are scattered across the landscape interlaced with fascinating footpaths only 400 yards from the Holiday Park.
